We ship machinery, spare parts, and accessories to selected international markets.
This Shipping Policy explains how GreenShine handles order processing, machinery preparation, shipping methods, DDP or included delivery terms, customs-related charges, destination-side requirements, delivery access, unloading, delays, and customer responsibilities.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed only after payment has been received and confirmed by GreenShine.
For bank transfer orders, payment may take approximately 3–5 business days to arrive depending on the customer’s bank, payment network, currency, transfer method, and intermediary processing. The order will enter production scheduling, preparation, or dispatch only after payment is actually received and confirmed by GreenShine.
For online card payments, order processing may begin after payment is successfully authorized, captured, and confirmed by the payment service provider.
For machinery orders, GreenShine may review the order before production, preparation, or dispatch to confirm product configuration, destination, delivery terms, payment status, availability, unloading conditions, documentation requirements, and logistics conditions.
2. Machinery production and preparation time
For machinery orders that are not immediately available for dispatch, standard production or preparation time is approximately 10–20 business days after payment confirmation.
This time may vary depending on model, configuration, production schedule, inspection, packaging, export preparation, documentation, payment review, and logistics availability.
Payment confirmation does not always mean immediate dispatch.
3. Shipping method
Machinery may be shipped by sea freight, rail freight, truck freight, or another suitable logistics method depending on destination, order size, route availability, cost, carrier schedule, customs requirements, and actual logistics conditions.
The final shipping method and estimated delivery schedule will be determined based on the confirmed order, destination, and logistics route available at the time of dispatch.
Spare parts and accessories may be shipped separately from machinery orders.
4. Estimated delivery time
Any delivery time shown on our website, checkout page, order confirmation, invoice, quotation, proforma invoice, or communication is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing by GreenShine.
Actual delivery time may be affected by production schedule, export procedures, carrier availability, customs clearance, port or railway terminal handling, local delivery arrangements, weather, strikes, force majeure, customer information accuracy, destination access conditions, and other conditions outside our reasonable control.
5. Supported online checkout destinations
Some destinations may be supported by online checkout. For supported online checkout orders, the shipping cost and delivery option shown at checkout apply to that order.
If checkout displays “Delivery DDP”, “DDP delivery”, “free shipping”, or a €0 shipping charge for a supported destination, the GreenShine-arranged delivery service shown at checkout is included for that supported order and destination.
If a destination, address, product, quantity, order type, unloading condition, remote area, customs requirement, or delivery requirement is not supported by online checkout, GreenShine may process the order through order review, quotation, proforma invoice, invoice confirmation, or written order confirmation before production or dispatch.
6. DDP delivery and included delivery terms
DDP delivery or included delivery applies only when it is clearly shown at checkout, order confirmation, quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, or other written confirmation from GreenShine.
When DDP delivery or included delivery is clearly shown for a supported destination, GreenShine will arrange the delivery service according to the checkout, order confirmation, quotation, invoice, or written confirmation.
Unless expressly included in writing, DDP delivery or included delivery does not include unloading, forklift service, crane service, special site access, road access preparation, site preparation, storage, demurrage, redelivery, remote-area surcharges, special permits, abnormal handling, local registration, local inspection, operator training, installation, assembly, commissioning, or costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
7. Customs, duties, taxes, and local charges
For supported EU online checkout orders, when checkout clearly displays Delivery DDP, DDP delivery, free shipping, or a €0 shipping charge, the delivery arrangement shown at checkout applies to that supported destination.
For destinations or order types not supported by online checkout, delivery terms, customs handling, duties, VAT, GST, local taxes, destination handling fees, and other charges may be confirmed through order review, quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, or written confirmation before production or dispatch.
Unless DDP delivery, included delivery, or included taxes or charges are clearly shown at checkout, order confirmation, quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, or written confirmation from GreenShine, import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges, local taxes, destination handling fees, unloading equipment, destination-side delivery requirements, remote-area surcharges, special permits, local compliance requirements, local registration, local inspection, storage, demurrage, redelivery, and abnormal handling costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.
8. Delivery access and unloading
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate, accessible, and suitable for heavy machinery delivery.
Unless clearly agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for unloading equipment, forklift access, lifting equipment, safe receiving conditions, local permits, delivery contact availability, site access, and any costs caused by failed delivery, redelivery, storage, waiting time, restricted access, incorrect delivery information, or inability to receive the shipment.
9. Order review before dispatch
For machinery orders, GreenShine may contact the customer before dispatch to confirm product configuration, shipping address, destination requirements, unloading conditions, delivery contact information, import information, and any destination-related surcharge or delivery limitation.
If important shipping or delivery information is missing, incorrect, or requires confirmation, dispatch may be delayed until the information is confirmed.
10. Delivery risk and delays
GreenShine is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, port congestion, railway disruption, carrier delays, route changes, weather, strikes, force majeure, incorrect delivery information, missing import documents, failed delivery contact, inaccessible delivery site, customer delay, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
