By placing an order, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, using the store, or purchasing from GreenShine, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related policies displayed on this store.

1. Products

GreenShine sells hybrid remote-controlled tracked mowing equipment, tracked flail mowers, spare parts, accessories, and related products to selected international markets.

Product images, descriptions, specifications, availability, prices, configurations, and accessories may be updated from time to time. Minor differences may occur due to production improvements, supplier updates, regional configuration requirements, documentation requirements, or product development.

2. Selected markets and availability

Products are available only in selected markets and destinations supported by GreenShine and the store at the time of order.

GreenShine may reject, cancel, refund, hold, or request additional confirmation for an order if the destination, product configuration, payment, logistics route, customs requirement, sanctions risk, compliance issue, or other practical condition makes the order unsuitable or unavailable.

3. Orders

An order placed through our online store is received by GreenShine after checkout is completed.

For machinery orders, GreenShine may review the order before production, preparation, or dispatch to confirm product configuration, destination, delivery terms, payment status, availability, unloading conditions, documentation requirements, and logistics conditions.

GreenShine reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm order details before processing, production, preparation, or dispatch.

4. Prices, full payment, and reservation deposits

Product prices displayed in the store are shown in the currency available for the customer’s market or checkout path.

For products submitted to Google Merchant Center or other shopping platforms, the product price shown to customers should represent the full purchasable machine offer shown on the product page and at checkout.

If a reservation deposit option is available in the store, the reservation deposit is a partial payment toward a final order amount. It is not a stand-alone full purchase price for the machine unless clearly stated otherwise.

The final order amount, payment status, delivery destination, availability, and order details may be reviewed before production, preparation, or dispatch.

5. Payment

Payment must be received and confirmed by GreenShine before an order is processed, produced, prepared, or dispatched.

Available payment methods may include online card payment, European SEPA bank transfer, bank transfer, manual payment, invoicing, or other payment options shown at checkout.

For bank transfer orders, payment may take approximately 3–5 business days to arrive. The order will enter production scheduling or preparation only after payment is actually received and confirmed by GreenShine.

The customer is responsible for using the correct payment details, currency, transfer method, and payment reference. GreenShine is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect payment details, unsupported transfer methods, missing payment reference, wrong currency, bank processing delay, intermediary bank issues, payment service provider review, or bank compliance review.

6. Fraud, payment review, and chargebacks

GreenShine may hold, review, delay, or cancel an order if payment appears incomplete, suspicious, high risk, disputed, reversed, subject to chargeback, or flagged by a payment provider, bank, or fraud prevention system.

The customer must not make false claims, unauthorized chargebacks, or payment disputes after receiving products or services. GreenShine may use order records, delivery records, payment records, communication records, product photos, production records, carrier documents, customs documents, and policy records to respond to payment disputes or chargebacks.

7. Production and preparation

Payment confirmation does not always mean immediate dispatch.

For machinery orders, standard production or preparation time is approximately 10–20 business days after payment confirmation, unless the product is available for immediate dispatch.

This time may vary depending on model, configuration, production schedule, inspection, packaging, export preparation, documentation, payment review, and logistics availability.

8. Shipping and delivery

Machinery may be shipped by sea freight, rail freight, truck freight, or another suitable logistics method depending on destination, order size, route availability, carrier schedule, customs requirements, and actual logistics conditions.

Delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing by GreenShine.

Shipping, delivery, duties, taxes, unloading, and local charges are governed by the Shipping Policy, checkout terms, order confirmation, quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, or other written confirmation provided by GreenShine.

If checkout displays Delivery DDP, DDP delivery, free shipping, or a €0 shipping charge for a supported destination, the delivery arrangement shown at checkout applies to that supported order and destination.

For unsupported destinations, remote areas, special delivery requirements, special unloading requirements, B2B arrangements, dealer orders, or other non-standard orders, GreenShine may confirm delivery terms through order review, quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, or written confirmation before production or dispatch.

9. Import duties, taxes, and local charges

DDP delivery, included delivery, or included taxes and charges apply only when clearly shown at checkout, order confirmation, quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, or other written confirmation from GreenShine.

Unless DDP delivery, included delivery, or included taxes or charges are clearly shown at checkout, order confirmation, quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, or written confirmation from GreenShine, import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges, local taxes, destination handling fees, unloading costs, storage fees, demurrage, redelivery costs, local delivery requirements, local permits, local compliance requirements, local registration or inspection requirements may remain the customer’s responsibility.

Any service or cost not expressly included in checkout, order confirmation, quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, or written confirmation is excluded.

10. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details, billing information, shipping address, import information, delivery contact information, unloading conditions, and any information required for customs clearance or delivery.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for the intended use, working environment, operator ability, local terrain, site access, safety requirements, and applicable local requirements, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for reading product information, confirming model suitability, and asking GreenShine for clarification before purchase where needed.

11. Product use and safety

GreenShine products must be used according to the product manual, safety instructions, and reasonable operating practices.

Operators must be properly trained, and the equipment must be used in a safe working environment.

GreenShine is not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, downtime, land damage, crop loss, or other loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, unsuitable working conditions, incorrect operation, overloading, incorrect fuel or fluids, lack of inspection, unsafe site conditions, untrained operators, or use outside the product’s intended scope.

12. Installation, assembly, and commissioning

Unless expressly agreed in writing, installation, local assembly, unloading, commissioning, operator training, local inspection, registration, licensing, and site preparation are not included in the product price or standard delivery service.

13. Warranty

Warranty coverage, if applicable, is handled according to the written warranty terms provided with the product, order confirmation, or confirmed by GreenShine in writing.

Consumable parts, wear parts, blades, belts, filters, batteries, remote-control wear, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, transport damage, normal wear and tear, damage caused by external conditions, and damage caused by use outside the product’s intended scope may be excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty support may include troubleshooting, remote guidance, replacement parts, repair guidance, or another reasonable solution depending on the confirmed issue.

Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, warranty does not cover downtime, loss of profit, labor cost, travel cost, third-party repair cost, freight cost, or consequential loss.

14. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Do not return products without written approval from GreenShine.

15. Compliance and prohibited orders

GreenShine may refuse, cancel, hold, or refund an order if the order may violate export control rules, sanctions, customs rules, payment rules, logistics restrictions, product safety requirements, platform requirements, or other applicable laws.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that importing, owning, operating, and using the product is permitted in the destination country or region.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenShine is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, downtime, crop loss, land damage, injury caused by misuse, third-party claims, customs delays, shipping delays, railway delays, sea freight delays, payment delays, failed delivery caused by incorrect information, or improper operation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Force majeure

GreenShine is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, customs delays, port congestion, railway disruption, sea freight disruption, transport interruption, government action, supplier delay, payment network delay, bank processing delay, epidemic-related disruption, regulatory change, or other force majeure events.

18. Policy updates

GreenShine may update these Terms and related store policies from time to time. The version displayed on this store at the time of order or at the time of a relevant request may apply, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any order, quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, payment, delivery arrangement, dispute, or claim arising from or related to purchases made through this online store are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country or region provide otherwise.
